OCM services provided include developing and managing strategic change management plans that build awareness and understanding of the need for change readiness throughout the enterprise as well as drives adoption of change to the new environment. SDM-CG also led the development and execution of stakeholder assessments and management, change readiness assessments, change impact analysis and mitigation strategies, resistance planning, stakeholder communications, and end-user training.
WOMEN IN SERVICE FOR AMERICA (WIMSA) MEMORIAL: SDM Consulting Group (SDM-CG) provided acquisition consulting services in support of the WIMSA business system modernization initiative. Services included acquisition planning and support services starting with market research to identify viable vendors, which led to activities including a Request for Information (RFI), an industry day, and a Request for Proposal (RFP). SDM assisted WIMSA with development of the evaluation criteria to help differentiate between vendor proposals and select the proposal that best met WIMSA's business system modernization requirements.
